Prodrome Tingle, What Does It Feel Like Herpes

We are still alive!

Our last entry is admittedly quite a long time ago - that We now have a lot to tell. We have since seen and experienced so much that it is difficult for us to pick out the highlights for you.

In the Coromandel we have roamed with flashlights old gold mines and made the first firefly. The two hostels we had almost to ourselves. Hard to believe that this area in the summer is totally hip. Already on the way we went through a sleepy place after another in the hostel and we could spread everywhere.
We had great fun on New Zealand roads to be on the road. From the car, one can pretty much. In most cases, you have a great view of the sea's. We have got used many stops to make short walks and everything to see what lies halfway along the route. Towards the Karangahake Gorge was the legendary "The 309 Gravel Road," a fun water park and impressively large kauri trees and natural waterfalls.

you have tuned :-)

direct opposite of the "Golden Owl" in the said Gorge Walks begin very nice. Be sure to recommend the Windows-Walk (approx. 1 hour).
Unfortunately we had to wait for a rainy day, we were able to go because we had integrated the Windows Walk into a long tour. In the meantime, our car has a get new wiper wiring and we have tried next door delicious wines. Then Mark updated the website of the hostel and we could even stay for free. The owners were very nice. We hope that they find worthy successors, when they emigrate to Scotland next year in order to retire.

here contact the Indiana Jones whistle melody!

Our next stop was Taupo. In the high ropes course, we Glen [spriech ganglia] have met, who gave us two days later taken to the fish. In brilliant sunshine we are rumgekurvt with its cool boat on Lake Taupo tasty and two huge trout have captured. In the hostel we know Tanya learned - otherwise there's was not so great because very full.
The fish caught were subjected to two valuable processing methods: one freshly prepared in aluminum foil in the oven with vegetables and butter over the fish, and the other came in the smokehouse. Both were very good and very plentiful!

Also note the NZ Music Month Limited Edition T-Shirt!

Taupo The must-of course we have also pulled: The Huka Falls visit, including a death of the brave fallen down in a mini-kayak because has and what is also recommended that Aratiata rapids. Larger and more interesting than the Huka Falls look only at certain times, so before.
clothes shopping and going even to the movies (Saving Private Robin Hood, if the new Robin Hood has seen someone he knows what we mean) were things that felt so normal that we do not feel had to travel be. Also very nice. roll

After some thought, and map it went in the Tongariro National Park in the noble-Double and a large hot-equipped Spa Hostel / Motel we wanted to wait for good weather for the Tongariro Crossing. The very next morning we were lucky and were told at 7:30 that we start at 8 clock already. But we were prepared. The Walk was eased considerably since Markus last visit. The steep increase (Devils Stairs) is now a well-developed curved path the 700 meters upwards. Still hard, but thanks to good training for us an easy game. At the top we have a great view on a clear blue sky and Mount Doom had greeted impressive over to us. On the other peaks we could already see the snow.

After climbing in the South Crater.

On the other track we were on already frozen ground very the highest point of the tour. The way this section was not entirely without.

Say Hello to Mt Doom!

After a looong break at the last hut, part of the Tongariro Circuit, we began the descent on the opposite side to the bus park, where we waited in the sun and us almost directly into the previously rented hot- Spa could bring.

We continue this week, with hot news about our new citizenship ...
