Lustig is the gypsy life ,....

Right now I am again a lot. The last two weeks I along with 30 young people, 3 teachers, 2 mitvolontärinnen spent Father George and Ruth and a few guests in Turkey.
A coach took us in 20 hours almost to our goal - Pamucak. This is in addition to Ephesus. We spent the first week at a campsite near the sea. We slept with a sleeping pad and sleeping bag under the palm trees and the stars. We made several trips in the footsteps of St Paul. Others we visited the prison in which he was imprisoned and, of course, Ephesus. Also Meryemana - where Mary the mother of Jesus spent her last days was an interesting day trip - there we also celebrated a Holy Mass with and they designed with Romanian songs.

In the second week we were on our way. First to Pamukkalle / Hierapolis - that's where the Apostle Philip worked and then on to Pisidias Antiochieia where the Apostle Paul was one of his first sermons. The over 400 km for a way we laid in small groups back hitchhiking. That was a real adventure and the wild camping was a special experience - although it's hard when you're not for 3 days can take a shower. But yes, we all were so. :)

In any case, it was very hot, the last day I felt the car stop special. When we were looking in the evening after 400 km lasts ramps our camp, I felt very bad. Sorry, we did not go back all the way and had Pamucak stay on the highway between 30 trucks at a rest stop. The others slept - I struggled all night with the symptoms of sunstroke. As I then made the next morning along with the backpack still remaining kilometers, I do not remember. But I've recovered well.

DC back from Turkey, the trip went off again. Carina and Gerlinde 2 friends of mine from an already waiting in Bucharest. Together with them, and Julia - a Mitvolontärin, we started with a rental car (of course DACIA) on a tour of Romania. We were already in the mud volcanoes in Buzau, in Iasi, in the Divine Word Missionaries in Raducaneni and today we have our pastor Paul (who is home on leave) in Luizi Calugara visited, which was really nice. Now we are in Roman, where tomorrow we will visit some monasteries of Moldova. We have chosen us Voronet, humor and Dragomirna.
go on Sunday then travel on towards Cluj.
